You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You acknowledge that Plataone is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.
Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to promptly update such information in the event of any changes. Failure to provide accurate billing information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Plataone reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect any fees already paid. You will be notified of any changes to pricing prior to the next billing cycle.

Plataone reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Plataone will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

In no event shall Plataone’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination of your account, you may lose access to all User-Generated Content associated with your account. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content resulting from termination of your account.
